What is "WNYDUG"?
WNYDUG stands for the Western New York Drupal User Group. We are a group of like-minded individuals focused on a common goal: to improve, support and promote Drupal. We usually meet twice each month (one virtual call and one face-to-face meeting) to discuss Drupal-related upcoming events, upgrades, security risks, and programming best practices.
What is the purpose of this site?
We use this site to keep track of our members, friends and affiliates, and also the companies in the Western New York region that run their websites on the Drupal platform.
Should I have a login and be listed on this site?
If you are in the Western New York area and are using Drupal, or want to know more about it, or want to be involved with the Drupal community, then you should absolutely be registered here. In fact, if you are a member of WNYDUG on Drupal Groups (https://groups.drupal.org/western-new-york) you may already be registered (you can try logging in with your groups.drupal.org user name).
If you are a business in the WNY region that uses Drupal, then you also should be registered here. In fact, it's possible that your company is alread listed, you can search for it here. If it is not listed let us know and we'll add it right away.

What's the difference between this site and WNYDUG.org?
This site is only used as a CRM to keep track of our members, friends and associates. WNYDUG.org is our main website, where you can read more about us, find out about our upcoming events, and find links to everything we're doing.
